The first of several Women’s Rides with TORCA! HG is excited to host a community ride for ladies (and those who identify as female) on Sunday, January 31st at 50 Year trail.
TORCA representatives will be on hand to answer questions about advocacy, trails, and the future of our sport in Tucson. Using this ride as a starting point, ladies are encouraged to get involved, have a voice, and contribute to the active process of preserving trail access.
All riders are welcome! There will be options for beginner to advanced riders, with smooth and flowy single track to techy climbs and rock roll-downs. The pace will be social, but with intermittent sections of hard effort and technical bits. Options will exist for shorter or longer rides. COVID: Masks are required when social distancing is not possible. Please skip this ride if you are ill or have been exposed to someone who has been ill.
Prerequisites: Helmets required and protective gear is recommended. riders responsible for their own equipment, however, HG guides will be on hand to lend a helping hand when needed. NEED A BIKE? **Rent a carbon Stumpjumper from HG for 70% off!
