PAYMENT – CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize our guests occasionally need to cancel a reservation for a shuttle, guide, or rental bike. Home Grown will try our best to accommodate your situation, however, we follow our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and maintain our rates. PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW:
Cancellation- All tours require a credit card number to hold the reservation. If cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the tour date, your card will be charged 50% of the tour or shuttle price. However, if the cancellation is received under 48 hours or a no-show occurs, the card will be charged the full price of the tour.
*In most cases you can transfer to another tour with advance notice. If transferring a tour to the next year, the transfer is eligible only for the following year.
*Personal emergencies do not void cancellation policy and tours go rain or shine (unless extenuating circumstances dictate a change in the tour).
